All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders will not be shipped on holidays.

We deliver to the United States and Australia.

• Standard Air Shipping: $5.88 USD for orders under $48 USD
• Free Standard Air Shipping for all orders over $48 USD

Estimated transit time: 6–11 business days after dispatch.

🇦🇺 Australia
Estimated transit time: 7–14 business days after dispatch.

## Tracking Information
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number. Tracking details may take 2–3 days to update online.

## Customs & Delivery Notice
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be fully guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspection, flight arrangements or carrier backlogs, which are out of our control.

Shipments to the US under $800 USD generally do not attract import duties.
For Australian customers: the buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees imposed by local customs.
